Appointments

If you are a prospective new patient, please DO NOT make an appointment online. Please contact us via this website.  We prefer that you email us through the website rather than calling if possible.  Please do not both call and email as it can lead to a delay in contacting you.  You can send us a brief summary of your medical issues along with a phone number at which we can contact you, and we will get back to you to discuss your appointment.
A new complex patient visit is scheduled for 2 hours at $400 per hour plus a $50 new patient fee, but a two-hour visit is capped at $850. We will only charge you for the time actually used. New patients who are not as complex may only need a one-hour appointment.

Because of the investment of time into a new complex patient appointment, we require that you submit a deposit of $200 when scheduling a new patient appointment. If you cancel or postpone your appointment 30 days or less prior to this appointment for non emergency reasons, the entire deposit is non-refundable. In case of a medical or family emergency your deposit will be applied to a rescheduled appointment. If you cancel with more than 30 days notice, you will forfeit $100.00 of the deposit. If you cancel a rescheduled appointment for non emergency reasons, you will forfeit the entire deposit.
